After a thorough national search for EORLA’s Vice President, Operations, we are very pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Boudreau. Amy will be joining EORLA on May 5, 2025 bringing over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
Amy brings extensive experience in regional and provincial programs and health system planning initiatives as well as home and community care planning and operations. Amy is an energetic, innovative and transformational leader with extensive background in strategy, planning and partnerships. Amy is joining EORLA from Carefor Health & Community Services where she is currently the Vice President of People, Strategy, Performance and Partnerships and plays leadership roles in two Ottawa-based Ontario Health Teams (OHTs). Prior to Carefor, Amy served as the Director, Strategic Planning and Operations for the Knowledge Institute on Child and Youth Mental Health and Addictions, a provincially funded program based out of CHEO. She also served as a Research and Product Development Specialist at Accreditation Canada, contributing to several initiatives including the design of a new Accreditation program for the Canadian health care system.
With a primary focus on high quality patient-centred care, in addition to her healthcare leadership roles, Amy has practiced as a pediatric oncology, hematology, and nephrology nurse and went on to complete a Masters of Health Services Administration from Dalhousie University. Amy has remained active in the community having served on boards within the health sector.
