La Dre Shaw est la responsable r\u00e9gionale de la discipline de biochimie et des analyses de biologie d\u00e9localis\u00e9es.\u00a0Elle est aussi une professeure agr\u00e9g\u00e9e au D\u00e9partement de pathologie et de m\u00e9decine de laboratoire de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Ottawa.\u00a0Ses domaines d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat en recherche sont l\u2019assurance de la qualit\u00e9 des analyses de biologie d\u00e9localis\u00e9es et l\u2019utilisation des r\u00e9sultats du glucose pour surveiller le contr\u00f4le glyc\u00e9mique des patients hospitalis\u00e9s. \u00a0Plus r\u00e9cemment, elle a travaill\u00e9 sur des \u00e9tudes de s\u00e9ropr\u00e9valence du SRAS-CoV-2.
