CEO

Jeffrey Dale is the CEO of the Eastern Ontario Regional Laboratory Association (EORLA). Jeffrey was appointed as CEO in January 2019, after being on the EORLA Board of Directors since 2013.

Jeffrey has extensive board and management experience with technology, finance, manufacturing, education, healthcare, airports and multiple charitable organizations.

Prior to EORLA, Jeffrey was Co-Founder of PB Capital, CEO of Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation (OCRI currently Invest Ottawa), President of KOM Networks, and Vice President at SHL Systemhouse.

Currently, Jeffrey is on the board of YAM Financial Services Inc. and was Past Chair of the Royal Ottawa Health Care Group and served on the Board of Governors for the University of Ottawa, Board of Directors of the Ottawa International Airport Authority and the United Way of Ottawa. He was the Chair of Centillion Industries a TSX.V listed company from its IPO in 2004 to 2006 and Chaired the board of Juxtacomm Technologies Inc. a data integration software company.

In 2008, Jeffrey was the Businessman of the Year by the Consumers Choice Awards, and in 2011 was named as the Volunteer of the Year by United Way. In 2003, Jeffrey was awarded the Trudeau Medal from the University of Ottawa.
